• All rates are quoted in US Dollars.
• 50% of the total daily rate is required to confirm a booking.
• Only Cash, Bank certified cheques or Travellers cheques will be accepted as payment.
• No refund of deposits will be made if the hunt is cancelled 60 days prior to the hunt unless the space can be re-booked. 20% of the paid deposit will be used for administration fees after the 60 day expiration date.
• All wounded animals will be charged at full rate.
• It is required from all clients and observers to read and sign an Indemnity Form, Safari Contract and General Info Sheet, before the safari commences.
• Burchell Safaris cannot be held responsible for accidents, illness, death, or loss, while on safari.
  
  

INCLUDED IN DAILY TARIFF

• The services of a licensed Professional Hunter, Trackers, Camp Staff, and the Hunting Vehicles.
• Accommodation, Meals, Liquor and Daily Laundry.
• Skinning of animals and the Field preparation of trophies.
• Value Added Tax is included in all prices quoted.

EXCLUDED IN DAILY TARIFF

• Airfare to and from Johannesburg.
• Hotel accommodation before and after the hunting trip.
• All taxidermy charges and shipping there of.
